When you don't feel like working out, tell yourself to only do 10 minutes.
After you have exercised for the 10 minutes chances are you will continue on for the whole workout.

    I had been talking about exercising for up to a year but it was this tip that got me started and keeps me moving even when I might feel unmotivated. I also say to myself, just get started and if it's really bad you can stop - I never have since it always seems to get better after the first minute.

    I love the ten minute workouts on Exercise TV. They are intense, but I can do anything for ten minutes.
