I am doing the 30 day squat challenge, and honestly, after working all day, I do not want to go home and do 50+ squats a day along with my other exercises, so everytime I go to the restroom at work, I do 10-15 sqauts....this is slowly adding up and I can already tell that my backside is getting firmer!!!
I try to squeeze (no pun intended) in simple squats and hold them for 30 seconds in everything I do. Blowdrying my hair, washing the sliding glass door and even while I'm waiting for my computer to start up at work in the morning. Just try it... 30 seconds or longer holding a simple squat... I do at least 6 30-second squats a day and feel it every time. Believe me, you'll be sure to feel this in your glutes the next day.
