I got back on track by going on walks with my husband. We are currently in Germany and decided to give a common practice here a shot Not only has it DRASTICALLY improved our relationship and marriage. It reminded me how enjoyable exercise can be and opened the door to getting back into the gym and in a healthy lifestyle.
