I find it hard to drink water but have no problem drowning in Pepsi every day. I now tell myself that I cannot have a Pepsi until I've had at least 6 glasses of water. On most days I've found that I sometimes don't even want the Pepsi at the end of teh day.
I know 0 calories and zero nutrition BUT as a former DP drinker who drank it at meals and EVERY day - I now have that Diet Pepsi as a treat. When the urge to have the cookie or cake pops up a Diet Pepsi can tame that demon!
PS a fountain soda has less bubbles (in General) so less of a bloated feeling
I really love Pepsi and in an effort to lose weight I switched to Diet Pepsi. However, since I know Diet pop is not good for your health either; in an effort consume less diet pop I split a diet Pepsi with my colleague at work.30
