I use "thought replacement" to abstain trigger foods. Replace "I love cheesecake" with "Cheese stinks", works with pizza also. You can do this with a trigger food of your own. This is a textbook behavior modification technique.

Romano Cheese is saltier than Parmesean. Roquefort, Gorgonzola, Brie and Camebert cheeses are aged with penicillin, so if you are allegic to penicillin these may not be the best choice for you. Cottage cheese is low in fat and carbs & very high in protein. Cottage Cheese with fruit, Cottage Cheese on a bed of lettuce, Cottage Cheese in salad with flaxseeds, cottage cheese with chopped oinion and parsley flakes, cottage cheese w/matchstick carrots It's a great diet food. Lots of Calcium and Protein just chose the low fat version.
