This isn't a time to chastise ourselves, but a time to take note of everything that we are doing right and everything that we are doing better. there is nothing more motivating than success--and we are all doing some things right. As is true with any learning, we start where we are at and we scaffold new learning and achievements. Celebrate!

happy birthday to you! Nice post. I'm always trying to work on ways to improve and challenge myself to find better ways to act, and to improve ways of accomplishing tasks from my wheelchair that are otherwise difficult. I analyze these things for a positive outcome and very often I find what I need. Faith and perseverence are great working partners.

Be good to yourself--in word, thought and deed. You deserve so much more.
