Secrets of Success

Take A Good Look!

Today is my birthday and that makes it a perfect day to reflect. We need to take the time to thoughtfully look at our own condition on a regular basis. This isn't a time to chastise ourselves, but a time to take note of everything that we are doing right and everything that we are doing better. there is nothing more motivating than success--and we are all doing some things right. As is true with any learning, we start where we are at and we scaffold new learning and achievements. Celebrate!

  • happy birthday to you! Nice post. I'm always trying to work on ways to improve and challenge myself to find better ways to act, and to improve ways of accomplishing tasks from my wheelchair that are otherwise difficult. I analyze these things for a positive outcome and very often I find what I need. Faith and perseverence are great working partners. - by PATTYCAKE17
  • We all do more that is good, right, helpful, on track than we don't--but we always seem to notice the "bad, wrong, destructive, off track" things that we do. I am not sure why most people are "wired" emoticon You are doing it emoticon You are doing it emoticon
