At the 99 cent store over in the next city from where I live, they sell these containers for water. They advertise this container should be enough for our daily intake of water (8 cups? glasses?). It makes things easier for me. I drink all of it, and I'm assuming I'm getting my needed water. Purchase is only 99 cents :)

Isn't it awful when you don't know what the serving size is or it's crazy like how many servings you get from a can of soup

Making yourself like water
Make it a rule that you can't drink anything other than water until you finished two cups of water. Slowly up the amount of cups of water to four before and four after so your drink of choice would be staggered in-between your daily water intake. This makes your tea, juice, pop seem like a treat rather than a necessity and eventually you could go days without drinking pop because when you're really thirsty you realize that the water works best to hydrate you! 194
If you drink a lot of water a day it will keep you from feeling hungry...but if you make 6 cups of your daily water intake ice water,it raises your metabolism so you can burn about 50 extra calories a day...do the math and that's about 5 lbs a year just for drinking water!
I have a 21 oz. water bottle that I use on my bike -- it is insulated so keeps water cool all day. I like to use it for my daily water intake ... because it is not so daunting to say I have to drink 3 full bottles of it a day (3 x 21 = 63) plus a glass of water on top as I go to bed. It works!
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
