oh my oh my this tape it very good for anyone who dont want to walk outside try this tape i just got done with the mile brisk walk 2 miles oh my this is more then walking outside and its great a little hard but it worth the money i never sweated this much when i just walked outside and my legs feel as if they are going to break and my arms fell off all together this is a good tape you should really try this

I like to watch TV while I exercise but I also like to use exercise videos (e.g.lWalk Away the Pounds). I use my computer for the exercise video with the sound turned off and I turn on the TV. This way I can Walk Away the Pounds and watch TV or a movie.

hopefully this will be ok because i start walking around 5 - 5:30 am and then i also walk around 9 - 9:30 at night and im out till about 11 so this will be safer for me so if you dont want to go out in the heat or bad weather this is a good way to get some exercise and enjoy yourself
I find that when I don't want to exercise I tend to eat very carelessly also. Ahh! When you don't feel like it MAKE YOURSELF! Even just a slow paced walking video (I love Walk Away the Pounds) by the end you usually feel full of energy and even if you aren't jumping with energy you did SOMETHING and you will DEFINATELY have more energy than when you started :D YAY!
