If I don't feel like walking a little further or adding extra exercise to my day I sit up straight and take long deep slow breaths (through my stomach, not my chest). I do this for just a few minutes and it seems to help me feel energized and relaxed at the same time! Then I feel like doing just a little more and I don't give up.
If I am having a craving, or a moment of weakness Istop and verbally ask myself...."will this taste better than being thin will feel?" This generally makes the craving stop, if not I have 1 bite and walk a little further OR doand extra 10 min workout off of here30
