I have tried many different diets in the past and find that when I get busy or overly hungry that I fall right off and don't care about making healthy choices anymore! This time I have a planned "emergency" meal at work and at home in case I find myself in a bad spot. I have cottage cheese, rice, and some Applegate deli meat ready to go. These are foods that I love and never get sick of so I know I will be satisfied with them.
Choose something that you really like or this won't work!!
What constitutes a good score has actually gone up, so you have to work a little harder to stay at the top of the class. Things like shopping for credit and high levels of debt all work against you, so keep them to a minimum.
Also, a good score means easy access to cash if you need it, and in these times, everyone should have a home equity line of credit in their back pocket in case of an emergency
I seem to be on the go more than home since I have 3 teenagers. I always keep a 100 calorie snack and a bottle of water in my purse "in case of emergency". At first I hated how heavy my purse was from the water but then I thought of it as a weight and can always get some bicep curls in when bored. And when my purse is light, it reminds my to replenish my water & snack for next time.
