I normally don't get a chance to run until the evenings because of my long work hours. By the time I get home from work the first thing I want to do is crash. I have discovered that if I put on my running clothes immediately I almost always do my runs. So I use a sportsbra under my clothing now and then change immediately w hen I get home. On weekends I dress in running clothes as a reminder that I have to get a run in that day.
I leave my ipod, watch, and running belt together so I can grab them as soon as I get dressed.

I run with a group every Saturday. Knowing they are there, not only helps me get there for the long run, but helps me keep up with my mid-week runs, so I'll be prepared for the challenge of the Saturday run.311 For me, "Two are better than one..."
I keep a set of extra running clothes and shoes in my car along with a couple of bottles of water and baby wipes (for quick clean ups). Some times opportunities for a quick run or walk just happen and this way I am prepared- a quick change in a public restroom and I'm off & running!
Make sure that you've make all preparation for the run before you go to sleep. I've been doing that for a while, it helps me on those days when you have to push yourself out of bed. By preparing a night before you only wake up and go running instead of starting looking for your stopwatch or gps
