At Trader Joes they have these fruit snacks that are flat and measure about 1 inch by 4 inches and you purchase them individually. There are actually 2 slices in each package and only about 50 calories (not positive, but CLOSE). To make it last longer and savor the flavor, I cut them up into small bite sized pieces, otherwise, it's gone in a flash. MMMMMM!!!
I, myself have a problem buying a whole box of snacks because I will eat them all. So single servings are great.

I use this idea all the "time"![pun intended!]. I have more than one watch and when I'm not wearing the others, I pull "the pin" mechanism on the side to stop the time [as I am not wearing the watch, I don't wish to run the batteries down]. Then ,if I switch watches for the next day, I'll pull the pin on the watch I WAS wearing. And I remember right BEFORE putting the watch on to reset it to the proper time. This may seem like an inconvenient thing to do,but I've found it saves the batteries..
...and makes them last longer! I also turn "off" my watch at night!
