If you've lost any amt of weight, I recommend picking up the amount of weight you lost... A loss of 5 lbs may not show up in the mirror, but 5 lbs of oranges or potatoes shows you how much you've accomplished.

To stay on target with healthy shopping, I go to the baking aisle and pick up as many bags of sugar/flour to equal the amount of weight I've lost. It's amazing when you stand there holding all that extra weight and realize you've lost that much!
