    Since I am an older person with certain disabilities I cannot do the exercises recommended but I love your articles one how to maintain your weight and the proper food to eat. I eat less and do any kind of exercise I can. Lots of fruit and veggies and not much red meat but more fish. My youngest daughter introduced me to Spark and I'm very grateful. BH - by BARBHUE
