    I agree wholeheartedly that staying with a Sparkpeople team and logging on each day is the best way to maintain your healthy weight. I've stayed at my goal for about two years now by doing that. emoticon

    Since I am an older person with certain disabilities I cannot do the exercises recommended but I love your articles one how to maintain your weight and the proper food to eat. I eat less and do any kind of exercise I can. Lots of fruit and veggies and not much red meat but more fish. My youngest daughter introduced me to Spark and I'm very grateful. BH
