Put ankle weights and arm weights before playing wii fit, not only do you get the benefit of being active on something really fun -- but the added resistance from the ankle weights and arm weights burns more calories!

MORE INFORMATION:
Wii fit is great for burning calories -- especially the fun run and hula hoop. You can even change channels while doing the free run :)

    I am on the 9 week challenge with the new ea-active 2 and it is a lot of fun and you will challenge yourself till you complete it.
