I go to Burger King once a week to meet my brothers for lunch. This is one of the healthiest places for me to eat because the salad has cold, crisp romaine lettuce! And if you get the tendergrill chicken, you get protein without a ton of fat. I usually dislike fast food salads because I have always thought the lettuce was gross, but BK knows how to serve this. If you eat it without the dressing it's even healthier!

I had a soyfruit shake veggie burger whole grain bun TADA!!!fool yourself instead of a fattening burger and shake. I figured this out as Friday used to be my fav night to hit a fast food restaurant as a get started to the weekend. Now I plan ahead with healthy fast food alternatives like AMYS burritos YUM.
