I go to Burger King once a week to meet my brothers for lunch. This is one of the healthiest places for me to eat because the salad has cold, crisp romaine lettuce! And if you get the tendergrill chicken, you get protein without a ton of fat. I usually dislike fast food salads because I have always thought the lettuce was gross, but BK knows how to serve this. If you eat it without the dressing it's even healthier!

Thanks for the heads-up on the BK salad. I usually don't eat fast food salad, like you, I think they can be gross. But, I will definately try one from BK the next time I need something quick and healthy.

I try to batch cook on the weekend and then divide it up into single serve containers. I then have healthy "fast food" lunches and dinners to grab during the week. Saves me money and my waistline!
