Instead of doing a motivational collage like SP suggests, I bought a 5x7 sized small three ring notebook and am creating various motivational and inspirational pages that I can thumb through. I don't have a place to post a collage - don't want to be that public about it. But I can keep the little notebook in my desk drawer and refer to it any time I need a little lift. I don't scrapbook, but there are lots of neat little doo-dads that help create the right idea.

Instead of mindless night time (or whenever lol) eating how about make a "before" collage? Take all your current "fatty" pics that you just want to burn and instead make a pretty half-sheet size collage about the "old" you. This way you are mentally ready to change/succeed as you hunt in People, Us, Time, Newsweek, etc for the "B"-"E"-"F"-"O"-"R"-"E" that you need. :)
I found when I was first losing weight and real embarrassed by what I looked like that exercise DVD's were my best friend. To say I had NO endurance would be an understatement- 5 minutes and I was done! Leslie Sansone was the encouragement I needed to get going. NOw Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels and Jackie Warner kick my but when I don't get in enough gym time or want an extra workout.

Each day, I read the daily motivational quote and write it down on a post it note, with the date. I stick each note together, and have a snack of great quotes, one for each day I have been being healthy through this site. It's nice for a quick read without going online.
This would make a nice collage maybe, or I might staple them together as a little book.
