Learn not to forbid certain foods. That almost always triggers cravings. Allow them on special occasions & in moderate portions. Its not the peanut butter cup thats the deal breaker, its the entire bag. When treats are incorporated in our daily meal plans we don't feel the need to splurge like theres no tomorrow. Plan, Measure & track your treats & you won't see them as the monsters they appear to be.

    So true.I always leave myself enough calories to have a little treat after my dinner,be it a biscuit,a scoop of ice cream or a small glass of wine.I'll only want it more if its totally forbidden.
