This Sparked Me!

Problem is Glade plug in scented oil air freshener spilled on my chest and I don't know how to get it up. It is like gum and just keeps spreading. You know with the old time ways of doing things, anyone know how I can get it off my chest. The plug in fell over and I didn't see it till too late. Send any suggestions to my spark page, Chattiegirl, I really want to fix this. Back in the day they used everything around the house to do things and didn't go buy cleaners. Anyone remember them?

if it is wood, I think you can use mineral oil to clean... it works wonders to get off sticker residue. has some good articles about this.

Try spreading cat litter on the spot.

Like dissolves like. Try an oil based cleaner (Murphy's oil soap), or try mineral oil, or linseed oil, etc.
