I was doing very well with SP a while back but due to circumstances I let things slide. It took a while but now I'm back on track because I make sure to log in every day. I track my food and exercise faithfully. And I have been getting great support from my fellow SP team mates. 224

Even though breathing is an automatic reflex for each of us, did you know that during stress, people temporarily stop breathing at a normal rate? During stress and other crises, our bodies temporarily react to stress by breathing at very shallow levels. We do not stop breathing, but our bodies get less oxygen into our lungs during stressful times. Here is a great (as all SP articles are great) article from SP re how to do relaxation breathing.
