Okay I have tried them all and I have even went to an ortho doctor. I have knee pain now for well over 6 weeks. This happens right when I sign up for my first ever 5k walk/race. I have tried ibuprofen, tylenol, sports creams, ice, heating pad, hot/cold patches I mean it I tried everything. The doctor told me the walking and running is the best PT. I tried this precise cream and it has improved so much that I feel great and no pain. I think it is the best product out there.
The smell isn't the best again but I can tell I liked it when I rubbed it on when right before I went to sleep. I actually got a great night sleep for the first time in weeks. I got up form my desk and no pain.

However we must realize that these aches and pain will be associated with the way that we desire to look at the end of our journey", thus....it hurts to look good! (Be sure you're able to distinquish if the pain is from working out incorrectly or if the pain is the result of building muscles}
Often times, we give up certain exercises because it hurts too bad to continue. But if we associate this with our future goals, then we realize that it doesn't hurt as bad as we thought.
