Do you ever get up, feel completely wasted, but push yourself to do what you have to. I did that today and had to bowl but I was really weak and did not bowl good. We would have lost 40 points if I did not go, we won all 4. Why do we do that to oursleves? I had an obligation and I hold up to them, how many do that now? Responsibilities that we make are to be fulfilled and I am old school, you do that. How much is that upheld in today's world with the young?

Wall push-ups are a good way to get more upper-body exercise when you may not have time for floor push-ups, or maybe you're not so great at floor push-ups. They benefit chest, shoulders, arms/triceps, and core muscles. Step back just a little (safely) to "lean into the wall" more, and make the push-ups a bit more challenging. If you need to protect a wall from natural oil from your hands, try wearing non-slip or rubber gloves.
I get to a point where I am comfortable and do not push myself, I'm afraid to push harder because I do not think I can. When I do say, "it's time, just do it" I find that I can push beyond where I think I am. Just pushing myself that little bit more increases the intensity without making my workout longer but I still start to see losses again.
