Get most of you Kcal in the morning that way you burn them off early.
I have noticed that with any eating plan that most of the Kcal are consumed at dinnertime. Eating light at dinnertime is easier on the digestive system and just plain makes more sense. My opinion of course.

I find that the more healthy foods I eat, the more I WANT to eat. Unfortunately, it works in reverse as well. After pigging out all weekend, it's very hard to get back on track on Monday. Remedy: try to eat better ALL the time! 301
