Get most of you Kcal in the morning that way you burn them off early.

MORE INFORMATION:
I have noticed that with any eating plan that most of the Kcal are consumed at dinnertime. Eating light at dinnertime is easier on the digestive system and just plain makes more sense. My opinion of course.

    Thanks for the reminder. I agree that it sure makes better sense to eat more in the earlier part of the day. So many of us adhere to the old habit of dinner (evening meal) being our largest meal of the day. I'm throwing "this old jalopy" into reverse now!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
