I bought a half flat of strawberries. To try a different way of eating them, I cut up the berries and mixed them in 1/2 cup of 2% Greek yogurt with 2 splenda packets. Really creamy!

I stock up my freezer with sugar free popsicles a Edy's Fruit bars at only 25 and 80 calories respectively I never feel bad about having one after dinner. It's a yummy healthy snack, and it helps curb any sweet cravings I may be having. Also it's a nice treat to look forward to for a day well done.

i avold adding salt in my meals as its hard to burn of weight while am at the gym drink loads of water when u feel hungry then at least u no if ur hungry
