    It's been proven that people who take a day of rest at least once every 7 days will have better results & won't be so tired out. Less likelihood of getting sick. When you are sick, too, rest does a world of good.

    Exactly! Sometimes a body's just run down & worn out & telling the person who dwells inside that it's time for a good rest, & this is one way bodies do that. Sometimes you need to just not have any exercise at all. A good rest is just as beneficial as exercise, & we each need a day off every week.

    That's exactly what I'm doing, but tonight I start getting back into it with Zumba.
