'When' to get your glasses of water in can be most tough at times, specially if you're like me and just can not stand alot of water.
I divide my day into segments of 3 hours. 9-12, 12-3, 3-6, 6-9 and 9-12. And aim on having 2 glasses per segment. By the time the 4th segment is over(6-9) im done with my 8 glasses quota. And if theres some left, thats covered in the 5th segment.

When I was getting started I had the hardest time getting my water in. I made the point to pack two bottles of water with me in the car. At each stop light I take at minimum two drinks of water. By the time I get where I'm going, I have already finished one bottle. I'm actually up to two now.. Give it a try!
Many, many days of not getting enough water, but I'm getting better with it. My secret - start as early in the morning as possible. Even better to get active as early in the morning as possible to increase the need for more water.
One thing I've started doing is taking a bottle of water in the car with me. When I get to a stop light I take a sip of water and depending on the length of the drive, by the time I get to my destination I have already drank at least a cup of water and am that much closer to getting my water intake for the day.91
