I have 2 dogs who both love walking outside. Casey [boxer mix] can't take the heat, so only short walks during hot days. Tuesday [min pin mix] is hyperactive. You could walk with her for one hour & she's not tired but I'm beat. No matter what both of them await their walks daily when I get home. Isn't that enough motivation to exercise daily?

If you have a dog and a cat before you take your dog on a walk put the leash on it gets the dog all excited knowing that they are going to go on a walk and the cats run are chasing the leash until it is time to go 246
getting a dog was one of the best things i did to help me exercise more because even if i cant be bothered to exercise i know that at least 3 times a day my little fella needs his walkies so i always end up walking at least 1 hour a day 30
