  • A friend of my mother's is doing nutritional research at the University of Connecticut- she says the egg is pretty much the perfect food, containing the right proportions of protein & good fat, and also that cholesterol from food has little impact on your ldl cholesterol levels.   • i love my eggs, yolks and all. doesn't matter how they are cooked, i will eat them but in moderation. shame on me but i eat the yolk and all...all the time. of course i don't eat the shell. emoticon - by MOTTAMAMALOU
  • Also, the vitamins and biotin in the egg whites won't to utilised / taken up by the body without another component from the yolk. SO at least add 1 yolk to your egg whites. - by *MADHU*
