The same way the camera supposedly adds ten pounds, I think most of us mentally add ten pounds (give or take) when we look in the mirror. So get yourself a "skinny" mirror--one that elongates you a bit--so you can see in that mirror what everyone else can.
In the end, it doesn't matter what the scale says, what size the label says, or what others say--it matters how you see yourself. So give yourself a mental break and see yourself a little skinnier!

we gym twice a day 90 minutes in the morning and 90 minutes in the evening but the cool thing is having some one there to help and motivate you. i have only been doing this for 2 weeks but it makes the world of difference.243
