Iím sure itís a mental thing and Iíve somehow trained myself to grave it but nonetheless Iíve discovered sugar free Jell-O (1 serving) with Cool Whip Lite (2 tbl) is a very satisfying snack for your sweet tooth. I found that buying food with less calories helps me lose weight. Here are some examples: butter spray such as Parkey, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter have zero calories, using Fat Free Kraft mayonnaise has 10 cal/serving, 12 grain light bread has 40/cal per serv, mustard has zero cal, skim milk has 90/serv, egg beaters has 30 cal/serv and 80 cal yogurt helps to. Plus I am starting to eat a good variety of fruits & vegetables which are full of fiber and help keep me full.
