I donít know about you guys but one of my major down falls wants something sweet to eat right after a meal for an example a bowl of cereal. Iím sure itís a mental thing and Iíve somehow trained myself to grave it but nonetheless Iíve discovered sugar free Jell-O (1 serving) with Cool Whip Lite (2 tbl) is a very satisfying snack for your sweet tooth. The best part is itís only 30 Calories!! Heck, have two servings emoticon

    I love the jello, though it goes down a little too fast when I am really hungry...I usually bring it to work as a snack in the afternoon.

    Great idea.

Another option is to add fruit (i.e. grapes, diced pineapple, watermelon, peaches, or diced apples.) And you are still under 100 Kcals. emoticon
