I donít know about you guys but one of my major down falls wants something sweet to eat right after a meal for an example a bowl of cereal. Iím sure itís a mental thing and Iíve somehow trained myself to grave it but nonetheless Iíve discovered sugar free Jell-O (1 serving) with Cool Whip Lite (2 tbl) is a very satisfying snack for your sweet tooth. The best part is itís only 30 Calories!! Heck, have two servings emoticon

    Another option is to add fruit (i.e. grapes, diced pineapple, watermelon, peaches, or diced apples.) And you are still under 100 Kcals. emoticon - by JVANAM
