I've found that in order to avoid the vending machine or cafeteria food at work, I have to pack my lunch and snacks both. Each night I decide what I'm going to bring the next day and get it ready, that way even if I'm running late, all I have to do is pull my lunch bag out of the fridge!

Pack nutritional lunches and snacks for work. Prepare and pack the lunch the evening before. Having healthy foods handy will help you from grabbing for a fattie-nasty item. Don't forget your stainless steel water bottle!
