Went to Costco yesterday. In the meat/deli Dept I found Sabatino's Flame Broiled Spinach w/Aged White Cheddar Chicken Patties. These are really good! Pre-cooked and microwaveable for 55-60 seconds and only 180 calories. I had it on an Arnolds Sandwich thin with half an avocado for a total of 357 calories. 8 to a package for less than $10.00. Excellent for a quick lunch. It will become a go-to lunch for me.

I'll take a look at Costco. My favorite "chicken" patties are Morningstar's Chik Patties.

Costco Grilled Chicken Patties are back!
Last year in the deli section at Costco I found a wonderful Chicken Patty. They are Sabatino's Flame Broiled Spinach with Aged White Cheddar Chicken Patties. Then they disappeared. I finally found someone to ask about them after the first of the year and I was told they were seasonal (What, people don't eat chicken patties in the winter?!). Well, I found them again yesterday. They are fully cooked, gluten free, microwaveable, and 180 calories.
MORE INFORMATION:
They are wonderful on an Arnold's sandwich thin with some lettuce a tomatoes. Makes a great and very quick lunch. The flame broiled taste is really great without the bother of firing up the grill.
Get 1 broasted chicken at Costco or grocery, and you can stretch it for meals for a week. Helps with cooking and planning. (2 if a couple) Freeze parts in baggies for later in week using SP chicken recipes.
My new fave product - Jimmy Dean's turkey sausage patties! Pretty cheap, 8 patties for $4! Saute w. no-cal spray, cut up & add an egg for scrambled egg sausage. 1 patty = 60 cal. They're packaged by 4s, but easy to use 1 and bag the rest til needed.
MORE INFORMATION:
Great way to add protein to breakfast without much effort, money, or calories! You could of course add veggies to this, or use 2 eggs & make it an omelet.
