I bought this because my one-year-old drips juice and milk all over the carpet. I tried every powder or spray I could find to get the stains out. I scrubbed and scrubbed and some of the stains just wouldn't come out. My hubby and I bought the Little Green Machine and I love it. It gets the stains out so well.

There are some slight drawbacks, like if you want the carpet dry, you really need to go over the area several times to suck up the water. Other than that, I love it.

My workout routine at Curves.At Curves they have a computerized personal trainer called Curves Smart and you have to keep your reps on the machine consistent and steadily improve on each machine by maintaining a green light on the machine when you check out every day it shows a map of how you did. You get a few green dots and usually a lot of yellow to show the areas where you didn't reach your goal for the days workout.It is usually rare to get all green dots. Today I was all green. WooHOO!

It really motivates me that I am making progress in my workouts and building my strength and losing weight.
I have found that drinking Green Tea is helping - I have 3 - 6 cups a day along with at least 8 - 10 pints of water. Eating some greens with every meal (yes, breakfast, too!) makes for a better day. I get my greens in the morning with a green smoothie (1/3 fruit, 2/3 greens and a little green tea to make it drinkable consistency) or I add them to a breakfast sandwich. It really makes a difference for me. I feel better, I don't crave soda, and it just makes my world better!)

I use a Vita-Mix blender to make my smoothies as it has the power to liquify the greens and fruit and all I taste is sweet, cold goodness! Use spinach, kale, collard greens, romaine -- any dark leafy green will work.
