A whole wheat sandwich thin, turkey sausage patty, and 1/4 cup of liquid eggs makes a fast, lowfat breakfast. Add a piece of fruit and you can even take it with you. Much better than the drive through.

This has been a family breakfast favorite for years. Quick and nutritious- the kids love it! Spread toast with peanut butter (or any other nut butter) and pour warmed applesauce over the top. Now you have a fruit, grain and nut serving all in one. For extra treat you may top with raisins, coconut, etc. So good with homemade applesauce this time of year.4
