Too Much Tasting While Cooking?

Members Were Sparked
This Sparked Me!

I fill my sink full of hot sudsy dishwater. All utensils, pots and pans go immediately into the sink; BEFORE I start sampling!

It's just become a habit "not to eat while cooking."

I have my husband taste and season for me, if need be.

Also, it helps to get the clean-up process started BEFORE dinner!

I do the tasting myself, but take much smaller tastes. You don't need a big spoonful of chili to season it, for instance, just a teaspoon of the sauce.
