Whenever I have felt stuck in my goals as I try to change my life, I have realized that whenever I am strictly honest with myself about all I am doing, THAT is what helps me break out of being stuck. For me, all long-term changes start inside of my mind first before any actions are taken.

I do agree with you. I know I get complacent after success and gradually I regress in small increments and my weight builds back up in small increments. I'm calling the small increment period a plateau, but actually it's me doing less and expecting more. Not sure how it is for everyone else, but that's how it usually is for me. Paying attention usually gets me back on track.

Treat yourself with the same respect & commitment that you give to your family or job. You schedule family stuff - soccer, doctor's appointments. You schedule job commitments. Do the same for yourself - schedule your exercise time - & stick to it. You won't find time, you have to make time.
