Use white cotton napkins instead of paper napkins. They're easy to wash, and can be bleached if required. They don't have to be washed every single day. We each have a different napkin ring so we know which one is ours.

I have a lot of cloth napkins I used when we had guests! What a waste! So I folded all my cloth napkins, put a pretty napkin ring on them and put them in a big basket which I placed in the middle of our dining room table.
At first, my family asked for paper napkins, but I ignored their requests. Now we’re all using the cloth napkins. I have even picked a few extra at yard sales.
The cotton that comes in vitamins or medications is a good thing to save. For example if you run out of cotton balls or never buy them the cotton from the medicines or vitamins is great for removing nail polish when you are doing your fingernails or toenails. It isn't wasted this way.273
