Secrets of Success

Remembering What You Eat

We all know how helpful it is to use the nutrition tracker on here. Sometimes, it's a struggle to remember what I've had to eat during the day. When I'm not able to write it down, I take out my phone and get a picture of my meal. Save the picture to the phone, then when I get to the computer, I can see what I had to eat, and it makes it easier to log accurately.

  • I am so going to try this. Brilliant! I am pretty good at writing what I eat all day. I plan for my meals at the office, but when I get home I often fall short. This is such a simple, great idea. :) emoticon - by LANABANANA25

  • Great idea! I do this with my grocery list also....we keep a list going on a dry erase board and instead of having to write it all down before I head out, I snap a picture and use it at the store emoticon - by TYLERSMOM40
