We all know how helpful it is to use the nutrition tracker on here. Sometimes, it's a struggle to remember what I've had to eat during the day. When I'm not able to write it down, I take out my phone and get a picture of my meal. Save the picture to the phone, then when I get to the computer, I can see what I had to eat, and it makes it easier to log accurately.

    I am so going to try this. Brilliant! I am pretty good at writing what I eat all day. I plan for my meals at the office, but when I get home I often fall short. This is such a simple, great idea. :) emoticon

    This is a great idea. i have spark people app but sometimes I don't have a good enough signal this would be great then. Also I've had some patients who couldn't read or write and this way they coiuld show the dietian what they ate.

    Great idea! I do this with my grocery list also....we keep a list going on a dry erase board and instead of having to write it all down before I head out, I snap a picture and use it at the store emoticon

    I have a week-end away soon at a family function, and this is a great way to keep track without having to stop and take a note. Everyone will just think I'm taking family pictures anyway!
