MBT is the swedish design long before sketchers shape ups. MBT are approx 2.5 pounds when weighed SSU much lighter MBT $$$ compared to SSU $$ have worn and used both for 12 hr ER shift MBT support lasted much longer then SSU I have only had SSU for 3 an time to replace MBT lasted 9mos for support
I like the lighter wt shoe but I love the better support of the MBT cost effective wise the MBT is the better choice due to the fact the support of the MBT last longer. SSU are easier to find in stores. MBT at specialty stores mainly or online.
Wall push-ups are a good way to get more upper-body exercise when you may not have time for floor push-ups, or maybe you're not so great at floor push-ups. They benefit chest, shoulders, arms/triceps, and core muscles. Step back just a little (safely) to "lean into the wall" more, and make the push-ups a bit more challenging. If you need to protect a wall from natural oil from your hands, try wearing non-slip or rubber gloves.
