    This little statement actually got me to get up and go and workout the other day. I was in the middle of that routine of coming up with excuses not to actually get up and go work out and I decided to search through the motivation stuff and I found this and after I read it, I got up and I walked for two miles!! So thank you for sharing!

    I jump up from my desk when I feel guilty about not moving enough and I walk the halls for 5 minutes and take severl sets of stairs.

    i think the same way. the other day i had to use this motivation and i'm glad i did. felt so much better after the workout. emoticon
