My Secret To Success

Not only did I join a gym, but I hired myself a personal trainer. It cost a little more, but I think my health is worth it. She keeps me motivated and going. emoticon

  • I did the same thing. My husband gave me the Personal Trainer for Mother's Day. It was for 12 weeks. I enjoyed it so much and she keeps me on track, I am now committed to her for a full year. I am so much stronger and have lost inches. emoticon emoticon - by MILLYM52
  • This is exactly what I did too! I joined a gym that has a children's area so I can bring my toddler. It's perfect, no excuses!

My husband also surprised me with a personal trainer. My first session is in two days. I'm really excited to learn how to use weights properly as I'm clueless and feel silly doing them by myself.

  • I did this too and she keeps me honest and pushes me when I think I can do no more. I have gotten so much stronger! - by PINECONE56
  • When you pay, you tend to be more committed. Good for you! Make it happen! emoticon - by SUNSET09
