How I'M Getting More Water In

I just discovered how to get more water in. I drink a full bottle (2 glasses) before each meal. 1 before breakfast, 1 before lunch, 1 before dinner. That already takes care of 6 glasses a day, PLUS it makes you full before a meal = it prevents you from overeating. So drink up!

    I drink 4 to 5 glasses warm water immediately I wake up. There after 2 glasses befor Lunch, 2 after lunch and two before dinner
