I just discovered how to get more water in. I drink a full bottle (2 glasses) before each meal. 1 before breakfast, 1 before lunch, 1 before dinner. That already takes care of 6 glasses a day, PLUS it makes you full before a meal = it prevents you from overeating. So drink up!

When trying to get at least 8 8 ounce glasses of water in per day, I find it easiest to use large cups with straws. Then I'm mindlessly sipping and not realizing how fast I'm getting my waters in. Sometimes I will also add a few drops of lemon juice or a Crystal Light packet to it for a bit of added flavor.
When I was getting started I had the hardest time getting my water in. I made the point to pack two bottles of water with me in the car. At each stop light I take at minimum two drinks of water. By the time I get where I'm going, I have already finished one bottle. I'm actually up to two now.. Give it a try!
