I pack a lunch every day. I have a container with 3 different sections. I fill them daily, and get at least 3 different colors of veggies. I have grouped a variety of veggies in my nuitrition planner, and add the group - subtracting what I dont' use. It's a lot easier than adding them 1 by 1.

I love to eat Minute Maid brown rice single servings. They are pre-cooked and takes a minute to eat. Add some fresh veggies and you have a healthly lunch. Great for eating at desk after lunch time workout.
