I eat AT LEAST 2-3 fruits or vegetables with every single meal!
example:
breakfast= 1/2 banana + 3-4 prunes
lunch= peaches (w/my cott cheese) + V8 OR big salad
dinner= at least 2 cooked vegetables
PLUS snack= cold baked sweet potato or apple
I ALWAYS get my 8-10 F&V every day! emoticon
