Sometimes we find ourselves in a situation where we may not have a healthy meal or snack on hand as we're out and about. Be prepared ahead of time in case you absolutely have to make a fast food stop. Research menus online and make a list of healthier options at local fast food places. Keep the list in your car (next to a baggie of almonds emoticon !) so you're ready to make good choices if and when it becomes necessary.
