Out of Clutter Cutters: Put things you think you will need in the future in a box and seal it. Date the box, and put it in your storage area. If you haven't opened it in a year, DON'T OPEN IT and instead donate/trash it. Great way to clear out the "I might use this someday) clutter we all gather.

This works very well for people(umm-husbands and kids at my house)who are reluctant to get rid of any of there treasures.We fill a box,put a list of all the things in the box on top,and if the seal hasn't been broken in a year,off it goes!(the list prevents opening to check what is in the box)

Remember the POWER OF POSITIVE THINKING goes a long way to getting rid of "STINK-IN THINKING"
Pick up a weight (or weights) totalling the amount of weight that you have lost or that you want to lose.
If you have already lost that amount of weight its amazing really give yourself a visual cue of the weight that you are no longer carrying around.
If you have yet to lose the weight, use that visual as motivation and picture it shrinking and shrinking. As you put the weight down, picture yourself putting down the weight on your body as well.
