I wanted to run a 5K as part of my goals that I set for myself, but I have not ran in over 5 years :( I found a program to follow called Couch to 5K. It is awesome! You simply follow the suggested workouts 3 days week (they only take about 20-30 min.) and in 9 weeks you should be able to complete a 5k. You can find the program at www.coolrunning.com

  • Before i had my son i use to run morning and night, i now can only find time after work to go for a walk/jog and i can only manage a lousy 3km. I have found that with this extra weight i carry feel embarrassed jogging in front of people and just tired. - by JENNIFER_1987
