I have found that the more I focus on eating correctly and portion control the more I think about food in general so I have been trying to distract myself with what I need to get done and it's been working beautifully :)

I read somewhere once that it takes 30 days to make a habit but only one day to break it. (EX: if you exercise everyday for 30 days, it becomes a habit, but it only takes 1 day to say "not today" to break your streak, causeing you to have to start the 30 days all over. Same goes with eating habits, if you are eating healthy, it only takes one day to throw you off and put you back into bad habits.) Stay focused and things will come easier.
