Tricking Myself With My Sneakers

so on the days when i just do not want to go running, i tell myself that all i really have to do is put on my sneakers and workout clothes.once i have that done, it seems easier to start exercising

it seems that if i think of exercise as smaller sub-tasks instead of this overwhelming chore it is easier to do. putting on sneakers is no difficult task and readies me for running.

    I agree with you regarding setting yourself up by "dressing the role!" If I slip on my work-out gear in the morning, I am much more apt to "sneak" in bouts of exercise all day long. Besides, the cute outfits out today can take you anywhere you want to go!

If you look the role of being fit, you will be in very short order!
