I can never remember to take my daily multivitamin, so I added it to my "other goals" page to both remind myself and give myself a spark point for doing it!

    Definitely! At various times I've used Spark goals to remind myself to floss, spend quality time with friends and family, and listen to an upbeat song every day.

    How do you get these goals to track DAILY streaks and not WEEKLY streaks? I only see an option to set a "number of times per week" target.

    I take my calcium and multivitamin when I take my regular medication in the morning.

    Excellent idea - Spark Daily Goals can be used for anything that's a challenge for you, AND can be easily changed when your needs change. When I was severely depressed after my son was killed, I added "Shower Today" on my list. Sometimes, just being able to check that box was the extra nudge I needed to push myself beyond what I thought I could do.

    I did that also, it really helps me to remember. I wanted to ensure that I was getting enough vitamins and minerals, particularly calcium and iron.

I also keep track how many days that I'm not drinking diet pop. I heard that the carbonation was not good for your bones, so I'm sticking with water emoticon
